Terms of use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
About these terms
These terms cover your use of predicto.market and the Predicto public demo (together, the "site"), operated by Predicto ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. Any licence, deployment or services agreement for the Predicto platform is made under a separate written contract, which prevails over these terms.
The site is information, not an offer
Descriptions, figures, screenshots and examples on the site explain what the platform does. They are not a binding offer, specification or warranty; commercial terms are only those in a signed agreement. Brand palettes and operator names shown in demos are illustrative.
The public demo
- The demo uses play balances only. Nothing in it has monetary value, and no real money is staked, held or paid out.
- Demo markets, prices and outcomes are examples and are not predictions, forecasts or advice.
- Demo data may be reset at any time, and the demo may be changed or taken offline without notice.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the demo or any other part of the site, and do not enter other people's personal data into it.
Not gambling or financial services
Predicto supplies software to operators. We do not offer betting, gambling or financial services to the public through this site. Operators who deploy the platform are responsible for obtaining and complying with any licences their markets require.
Intellectual property
The site, the platform, and their content, code and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and use the demo to evaluate Predicto; you may not copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute them without our written permission.
Liability
The site and demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@predicto.market.
